Package includes:

• One hour initial meeting - in person or virtual

  • In-person option limited to 30 miles radius from downtown Minneapolis

• Preview of draft, prior to beginning carving

• One finished print, matted and framed

  • Print is 8”x8”, black ink on paper

  • frame is 14”x14” basic wood gallery frame with 2” mat

  • Client chooses paper color and frame from artist-provided options

• Price is $500 for commissions

Package Add-ons: 

• Additional unframed prints are $30 per print 

• Additional matted and framed prints are $100 per print

Project details:

Initial meeting:

We’ll start with an initial hour long meeting depending on your location and preference: 

• Virtual meeting: we meet over phone or video so I can get to know you, your baby/babies, and any stories you’d like to share about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. We will also talk about photo/image options. 

• In-person meeting: I come to you for a photo session of mama and baby. During that time, you can share as much or as little about you, your baby, and anything about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. In-person meetings limited to folks within 30 miles from downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Draft and Written Agreement:

• About 1 month following initial meeting, I’ll send you a draft of final piece along with a specific timeline and final cost in a written agreement for your signature.

• Work on print will begin following return of signed written agreement and approval of draft..

Completed Work:

• Expect receipt of final framed print and any package add-ons 2-3 months from return of signed written agreement and draft approval. 

Payment Details: 

• Deposit of $150 required to schedule initial meeting. 

• Following initial meeting, timeline and final cost will be provided in a written agreement. Cost will not exceed $500 unless agreed upon variations from package details as listed above.

• Half the final payment will be due with the return of agreement and draft approval.

• Different print sizing or multiple colors of ink are an option, but will affect package price. Typically, my rate is $25/hour.

• Final payment of outstanding balance required upon delivery of final package and add-ons.
